1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stealthzero’s services or the Greycell™ portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Licensed Services

Stealthzero operates as a licensed Nevada private investigations firm (License #4134). All services are delivered in compliance with state, federal, and applicable international laws.

3. Scope of Services

We provide:

• Background investigations

• Due diligence and risk reviews

• Adversary and insider threat assessments

• Attorney-facing legal intelligence services

• Custom intelligence engagements

Any service outside this scope requires a separate written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful engagement data.

• Use our intelligence reports only for legitimate purposes.

• Not request or direct any unlawful activity.

• Maintain the confidentiality of their portal credentials.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via HubSpot Payments or Stripe.

• Fixed fees or custom pricing will be set forth in your Engagement Agreement.

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to strict confidentiality regarding all engagement-related data. We will not disclose any information without client authorization, except as required by law.

7. Compliance & Legal Use

Clients acknowledge that StealthZero is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide services regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Reports may not be used for employment screening or any unlawful purpose.

8. Portal Access & Security

• Greycell™ portal is provided for secure delivery of intelligence reports.

• Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

• Unauthorized access or tampering will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stealthzero’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
